- A non-refundable $10 retainer is required to secure all appointments.
- The retainer reserves your appointment date and time only.
- The retainer does not apply toward your final service balance.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer is received.
- A new retainer is required for rebooked appointments when applicable.

- Natural hair must be freshly cleansed prior to your appointment.
- Wigs, closures, frontals, and bundles must arrive clean or new.
- A minimum of 3 inches of natural hair is required where applicable.
- Additional prep, cleansing, braid down, or treatments must be booked as add-ons.
- Improper preparation may result in additional fees or service adjustments.
“To ensure flawless installation results, all clients are expected to arrive with properly prepared natural hair and clean or new units unless luxury prep services have been added.”
Allows adequate time for customization, preparation, and premium execution.
- Lace wigs, closures, frontals, and bundles must be dropped off between 1 week and 2 days prior to your appointment.
- Late drop-offs may incur a same-day customization fee.
- Same-day frontal customization fees apply when necessary.
- Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period.
- Up to 15 minutes may be accommodated only with direct communication.
- Late arrivals beyond the grace period incur a $1 per minute late fee.
- Excessive lateness may require cancellation or rescheduling.
- Continued lateness may affect future booking eligibility.

- 24 to 48 hours notice is strongly encouraged for cancellations or reschedules.
- Failure to provide proper notice may result in a forfeited retainer.
- Rescheduled appointments may require a new retainer.
- Last-minute cancellations impact appointment availability for other clients.

- No-call / no-show appointments forfeit the retainer.
- Repeat no-shows may lose future booking privileges.
- Luxury appointment slots are reserved exclusively and must be respected.
Accepted payment methods: Cash and CashApp.
- Remaining balance is due at the appointment.
- Full payment is required upon service completion.
- Please arrive prepared with an accepted payment method.

- Additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance.
- Children or extra visitors are discouraged unless necessary.
